Mixed development planned for Mansfield
Full Description:
Developers announced Monday that they are planning a 1.2 million-square-foot project in Mansfield that would combine shopping, housing, offices and hotel rooms. The 100-acre Grist Mill Crossing at the northeast corner of U.S. 287 and Broad Street will break ground in fall 2006, the developers said. About 85 restaurants and specialty shops are planned there, they said in the statement. The partners are Cleveland-based developer Forest City, Waterstreet Development Partners of Texas and Richard and Nathan Bontke. The development is south of Mansfield Town Center at U.S. 287 and Farm Road 157, which includes a Lowe’s and a Cinemark theater. Andrea Jares, (817) 685-3851
